This is a fun little animated segment I did for a film called ‘The Clean Bin Project’, a feature documentary film about a regular couple and their quest to answer the question “is it possible to live completely waste free?”. See the trailer and more at: cleanbinmovie.com - Vimeo link.
Sample of my mograph work on District 9. I helped create many of the holographic displays used in the alien drop ship. Many thanks to the killer team at Goldtooth Creative. Oh yeah, it’s up for 4 Oscars . - Vimeo link
Jet vs. Jetta. This piece was created for my good friend Jon Bitze, as a backdrop for a his Vancouver Film School sound design final project. What started as a couple of titles for a some stock footage sequence, turned into almost 2 minutes of original animation. Just kinda made it up as I went along. Great excuse to experiment with After Effects 3D space. Music by Sinewave a.k.a. Mark Wiebe. - Vimeo link.
Main title animation – Design, compositing, photography, video. This was a fun show to work on – thanks Doug! In addition to the titles, I created dozens of 2 second interstitial pieces. You can see some of these in my reel. Here’s a link to some of those interstitials. I don’t know who cut this together, but thanks… – Vimeo link.
Main title animation – Design, compositing, video. 2006 MTV Movie Awards. This was probably the easiest portion of the graphics package. Everything else had to be built and animated at roughly 864 x 12960. Crazy… Oh, did I mention it was directed by Johnny Darrell? Yeah, it was. - Vimeo link.
Main title animation – I did a bunch of stuff on this show. FX design, some 2 animated explosions, interface design and animation for various computers and vehicles, closing credtits etc. Lots of fun. I was fortunate to be able to work with the incredible Gil Rimmer, who art directed the show. - Vimeo Link.
